Ephesians 2:8-9

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”  Salvation comes by faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. There is nothing we can do to earn our salvation. If you believe Jesus died on the cross for your sins, rose from the dead three days later, and repent of your sin, you will be saved. It is that simple, but that profound. It is all an act of God’s grace toward humanity. He loves us that much! If you want to experience forgiveness, a meaningful existence, and the sure hope of eternal life, then pray this prayer. If you really mean it, you will be saved. “Lord Jesus. I believe you died on the cross for my sins. I believe you rose from the dead three days later and I know I am a sinner. Please forgive me for my sins and come into my life. Thank you for saving me. Now help me to walk out my faith from day to day. In your name I pray.
