Be a Part of Making a Change in Our Community

Come and join the family at New Day Fellowship volunteer, support or start a mission project, teach children’s church, join the worship team and lead music worship, or start a small group bible study. We believe being involved is positive and we encourage you to participate in activities to stimulate growth both spiritually and physically. No matter what your age, you are still a very vital part of New Day Fellowship.

“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” Proverbs 11:25 (NIV)

Why Give?

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” James 1:17 (NIV)

Everything we own and everything we have comes from God. When we give, we simply offer him a small portion of the abundance he had given to us.

“On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made.” 1 Corinthians 16:2 (NIV)

When we give freely  to God, we receive freely from God.

“One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.” Proverbs 11:24 (NIV)

God looks at our heart and wants a cheerful thankful spirit.

Jesus taught us about giving like the poor widow who came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny but all she had.

“Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasure. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small coppery coins, worth only a few cents.

Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly, I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything–all she had to live on.”” Mark 12:41-44 (NIV)

God doesn’t want us to be overly concerned with how our offering is spent. We can’t allow ourselves to be overly burdened with this concern, nor should we use this as an excuse to to give. New Day Fellowship works to be good stewards of God’s money. We look to wisely manage our financial resources for God’s glory and for the growth of God’s Kingdom.

We challenge you to give.

“”Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” Malachi 3:10 (NIV)

We all experience times of financial hardship when we can’t give as much as we’d like, but the Lord still wants us to trust him in those times and give. God, not our paycheck, is our provider. He will meet our daily needs.

Fellowship

Sundays @ 10:00am

Starting one hour before the worship service, members fellowship together sharing with everyone. We come volunteering our time to assist with setting up for worship service. We share our blessings from God with one another over coffee and light breakfast. Members give as God leads them to generously provide for the breakfast that is shared by all. We take the time to connect with each other and provide support.

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Acts 2:42 (NIV)

Worship Service

Sundays @ 11:00am

We welcome you to join us for praise and worship! Come as your are, where everybody is somebody, in a casual dress atmosphere, who is loved by God. As we seek our purpose through Scripture and the examples from the life of Jesus. Experience the Grace of God, find your purpose, and renew your spirit.  Focus your life on God the Father, Jesus Christ his Son, and being guided by the Holy Spirit that is working for your good in all things.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” John 3:16-17 (NIV)

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” Hebrews 13:5-6 (NIV)

Children’s Church

Sundays @ 11:00am

We are here to guide children into a closer walk with God. Our children are included in the worship service for praise and opening prayer then children are dismissed for their lesson and activities during the message.

“Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord.” Psalms 34:11 (NIV)

“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)

Concluding Sunday Service

Sunday @ 12:00pm

We volunteer our time to assist with clean up.

“Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free.” Ephesians 6:7-8 (NIV)
